Ticket Policies

Blackout Night (Nov 1): Special event with lights out and glow sticks only. See above for details.
No Refunds:All ticket sales are final. No refunds, including "chicken out" requests.
Exchanges: Date exchanges are only available if an event is canceled or at manager discretion.
Upgrades: You can upgrade from GA to Fast Pass for $15 per ticket after purchase.
Capacity: Limited to 500 guests per night. Fast Pass limited to 250.
Processing Fee: A small processing fee is added to cover card transaction costs for online and card payments.
