By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending Nightmare at Foxhill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or attend our events.
Event Admission
Tickets
- All guests must have a valid ticket for admission
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests
Age Recommendations
- Our attractions are designed for guests 12 years and older
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Parental discretion is advised for all ages
- Some attractions may have specific age restrictions
Rules of Conduct
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests must:
- Follow all instructions from staff and volunteers
- Not touch, grab, or physically interact with actors or props
- Not run inside the attractions
- Not use flash photography or video recording inside attractions
- Not bring weapons or items that could be mistaken for weapons
- Not attend while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not smoke or vape inside attractions or designated non-smoking areas
- Not wear costumes or masks that could be mistaken for our actors
Medical Conditions & Health Advisory
Our attractions may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult your physician before attending if you have any of the following:
- Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders (strobe lights and flashing effects are used)
- Respiratory conditions such as asthma (fog effects are used throughout)
- Anxiety disorders, PTSD, or claustrophobia
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery or physical injuries
- Any condition that may be aggravated by stress, loud noises, or sudden scares
By attending, you confirm that you have no medical conditions that would make participation dangerous to your health, or you have received clearance from your physician to participate.
Assumption of Risk
Nightmare at Foxhill features intense theatrical elements designed to scare and startle guests. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You may experience loud noises, strobe lights, fog, and low lighting
- You may be touched lightly by actors or props in some attractions
- You may experience uneven terrain, confined spaces, and physical activity
- These experiences may not be suitable for those with the medical conditions listed above
- You have read and understood the Medical Conditions & Health Advisory section
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending our attractions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightmare at Foxhill and its volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your attendance at our events. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.
Photography and Media
By attending Nightmare at Foxhill, you grant us permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.
Personal photography and video recording are permitted in designated areas only. Flash photography and recording inside attractions is prohibited.
