By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending Nightmare at Foxhill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or attend our events.
Event Admission
Tickets
- All guests must have a valid ticket for admission
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests
Age Recommendations
- Recommended for ages 12 and older. Parental discretion is advised. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Sleep Clinic: All Ages
- Parental discretion is advised for all ages
- Additional age restrictions may apply
Rules of Conduct
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests must:
- Follow all instructions from staff and volunteers
- Not touch, grab, or physically interact with actors or props
- Not run inside the haunt experience
- Not use flash photography or video recording inside the haunt experience
- Not bring weapons or items that could be mistaken for weapons
- Not attend while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not smoke or vape inside the haunt experience or designated non-smoking areas
- Not wear costumes or masks that could be mistaken for our actors
Medical Conditions & Health Advisory
The haunt experience may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult your physician before attending if you have any of the following:
- Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Respiratory conditions such as asthma
- Anxiety disorders, PTSD, or claustrophobia
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery or physical injuries
- Any condition that may be aggravated by stress, loud noises, or sudden scares
By attending, you confirm that you have no medical conditions that would make participation dangerous to your health, or you have received clearance from your physician to participate.
Assumption of Risk
Nightmare at Foxhill features intense theatrical elements designed to scare and startle guests. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The experience includes strobe lights and flashing effects, fog effects, loud audio, dark spaces, confined spaces, and uneven terrain. SEIZURE WARNING: Strobe lights and flashing effects are used.
- Actors will not intentionally touch guests. Incidental contact may occur as guests move through the experience or near props. Please do not touch actors or props.
- These experiences may not be suitable for those with the medical conditions listed above
- You have read and understood the Medical Conditions & Health Advisory section
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the haunt experience.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightmare at Foxhill and its volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your attendance at our events. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.
Photography and Media
By attending Nightmare at Foxhill, you grant us permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.
Personal photography and video recording are permitted in designated areas only. Flash photography and recording inside the haunt experience is prohibited.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when purchasing tickets or contacting us
- Not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
- Not reproduce or distribute website content without permission
- Not use automated systems to access the website
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nightmare at Foxhill or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.
Changes to Terms
