Tickets & Pricing
What are the ticket prices?
General Admission is $25 on Saturdays and $20 on Sundays. Fast Pass is $40 on Saturdays and $35 on Sundays. Sunday pricing is reduced to make it more accessible for families.
What does Fast Pass include?
Fast Pass allows you to skip the regular line at all three haunted attractions. You still get access to everything GA includes, but with significantly reduced wait times.
Can I upgrade from GA to Fast Pass?
Yes! You can upgrade any GA ticket to Fast Pass for $15. Use the "Manage Tickets" link in your confirmation email to upgrade before your visit.
Is there a limit on tickets?
Yes, we limit capacity to 500 guests per night to ensure a quality experience. Fast Pass is limited to 250 per night. We recommend purchasing in advance.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I get a refund?
No, all ticket sales are final. This includes "chicken out" requests. Please be sure of your purchase before completing checkout.
What if I can't make my scheduled date?
Date exchanges are only available if an event is canceled due to weather or emergency, or at manager discretion. Contact us before your event date to discuss options.
What happens if an event is canceled?
If we cancel an event due to weather or emergency, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered an exchange to another available date.
The Experience
What are the three haunts?
We feature three unique attractions: Nightmare Factory (indoor), Midway Madness (indoor), and Kinfolks (outdoor). Your ticket includes access to all three.
How scary is it?
Our indoor haunts (Nightmare Factory and Midway Madness) are designed to be enjoyed by all ages. The outdoor haunt, Kinfolks, is more intense and we recommend it for ages 13 and up.
What is Blackout Night?
Blackout Night on November 1st is our special finale event. All lights inside the haunts are turned off, and guests navigate with only glow sticks provided at entry. It's our most intense experience of the season!
How long does it take to go through?
Plan for about 2-3 hours to experience all three haunts, depending on wait times. Fast Pass holders typically complete all attractions in 1-2 hours.
Safety & Accessibility
What effects should I expect?
Our attractions include strobe lights, flashing effects, loud noises, fog machines, and low lighting. SEIZURE WARNING: Strobe lights and flashing effects are used throughout our haunts. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or other sensitivities, please plan accordingly or consult your doctor before attending.
Is the haunt wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair accessibility is limited and varies by attraction. Some haunts have narrow passages, uneven terrain, or stairs. Please contact us before your visit to discuss which attractions are accessible for your specific needs.
Can the actors touch me?
No, our actors will not touch you. Similarly, please do not touch our actors or props. Anyone who touches actors or props may be asked to leave without refund.
What if I need to exit early?
If you need to exit at any point, let a staff member know and they will guide you to the nearest exit. Look for anyone with a "Staff" shirt.

What are the operating hours?
Thursdays: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Fridays: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Saturdays: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Sundays: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Nov 1: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Ticket sales cut off at closing time each night.
When is the best time to visit?
Sundays tend to be less crowded than Saturdays. Earlier in the evening typically has shorter wait times than later. The first two weekends of the season are usually the least busy.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on-site. Follow the signs when you arrive.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction areas. Concessions are available on-site.
