Tickets & Pricing
What are the ticket prices?
General Admission: $20. Fast Pass: $30. Prices depend on your event date.
What does Fast Pass include?
Priority entry at Sleep Clinic. Fast Pass includes General Admission benefits with reduced wait times.
Can I upgrade from GA to Fast Pass?
Ask the box office about upgrading General Admission to Fast Pass. Upgrade prices: $10, subject to availability.
Is there a limit on tickets?
Yes, we limit capacity to 500 guests per night to ensure a quality experience. Fast Pass is limited to 250 per night. We recommend purchasing in advance.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I get a refund?
No, all ticket sales are final. This includes "chicken out" requests. Please be sure of your purchase before completing checkout.
What if I can't make my scheduled date?
Date exchanges are only available if an event is canceled due to weather or emergency, or at manager discretion. Contact us before your event date to discuss options.
What happens if an event is canceled?
If we cancel an event due to weather or emergency, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered an exchange to another available date.

How long does it take to go through?
Visit length varies with the season’s lineup and wait times. Fast Pass holders typically finish sooner because they receive priority entry.

Sleep Clinic: Not wheelchair accessible.
Can the actors touch me?
Actors will not intentionally touch guests. Incidental contact may occur as guests move through the experience or near props. Please do not touch actors or props.
What if I need to exit early?
If you need to exit at any point, let a staff member know and they will guide you to the nearest exit. Look for anyone with a "Staff" shirt.
