General Policy
All ticket purchases for Nightmare at Foxhill are final. As a nonprofit organization with limited operating dates, we rely on ticket sales to fund our productions. We encourage guests to carefully select their visit date before completing their purchase.
Date Exchanges
We understand that plans can change. We offer one complimentary date exchange per order under the following conditions:
- Request deadline: Exchange requests must be received at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled visit
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability on the new date
- Same season only: Tickets can only be exchanged for another date within the same season
- Price differences: If the new date has a higher ticket price, you will need to pay the difference. No refunds for lower-priced dates
To request a date exchange, please contact us with your order confirmation number and preferred new date.
Weather Policy
Nightmare at Foxhill operates rain or shine. Our attractions include both indoor and outdoor elements. In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk, we may cancel or delay the event.
If we cancel due to weather:
- All affected ticket holders will be notified via email
- You may choose to reschedule to any available date
- Full refunds will be issued if you cannot attend another date
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Weather decisions are made by 3:00 PM on the day of the event. Check our website and social media for updates.
No-Shows
Tickets for guests who do not arrive during their scheduled time window will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for no-shows.
Partial Attendance
If you choose to leave the event early or opt out of any attraction, no partial refunds will be provided. Our attractions are designed to be intense, and we encourage guests to review our FAQ and warnings before purchasing.
Donations
Donations made to Nightmare at Foxhill are non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Merchandise
Merchandise purchased at our event or online is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise items unless they are defective. Please inspect all items before leaving the event.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee accommodations, we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
